HPM provides strength & conditioning programs for individuals, teams and corporate partners.  

 

Our stable of athlete's include international skiers, future AFL stars, country cricketers, firefighters, police, corporate warriors and militants.  


Individual programs are planned for 3, 6, 12 month periods.

For local clubs The Annual Training Plan is your session by session map on how to get from the start of pre-season in November through to the last day in September.  HPM is the first online interactive system to use Visual Coaching Pro.  VCP enables members access to video libraries for warm ups/downs, injury prevention exercises, gym programs and running technique drills. The Annual Training Plan covers every aspect of athletic performance and includes:
